This is something I've used for a while, mainly with low sec piracy but it works well for lots of things. If your feeling rich you can add a 3rd armor rig for a massive ehp but with myself often losing implants that 190mil implant is too steep.

My Retribution fitting for low sec ratting, it doesn't quite pack enough punch to deal with the higher end rats in 0.0. Lasers mean you don't need to take lots of ammo and can loot the good stuff the cloak means you can hide away in safety as you should when a 15 man gang decides to come looking for you.

It should be noted this fit was created for small to medium size gate camps on a low sec to 0.0 entry point so some tank was needed as it might involve fighting on both sides of the gate.
